CEDEX is a government-approved telecom value-added services provider and the operator of China e-Auto
Hub that is authorized by the government of China as the first B2B e-commerce platform in the automotive
sector. CEDEX have NGN system, it can't connect to China Unicom who provide the E1 trunk for them, and
only SS7 signaling is aviavailable, but their NGN system support SIP, not support SS7, so they need
something to change SS7 to SIP.
